If you mail cash to us by Express Mail, then you can check with your Express Delivery Company. At the same time, you can tell us the Express Number, so we can check with their local office as well.

If you mail Money Order to us by normal mail, then you can go to the issue bank to cancel it and resend other one to us. If you mail the MO by registered air mail, please inform us the Registration number, so we can check it with our post office.

If you mail cash by normal non-register mail, sorry that we can do nothing while you do not follow our payment instruction to send the payment. You must response to the lost.

Air Mail - defined as Registered Air Mail Parcel

Every Register Air Mail Parcel have its own Barcode.

- Every Registered Air Mail Parcel need receiver Sign Up to take the Parcel. Even when no receiver at home, the parcel will be brought back to Post Office and you will be informed to pick up. This prevent the risk of stole of parcel.

- Each Registered Air Parcel, we will get a Receive. So, in the Case of Losing of parcel, we will fill in the Tracking Form at Post Offer by attach a copy of the Receive. Then Our Post Office will start an investigation and send us a Hard Copy Report after two weeks. If the Tracking process the Lost of Parcel is due to the Careless of Post Office Staff. Then the Post Office will refund to us.


Surface Mail - defined as Normal Surface Mail Parcel

Every Surface Parcel also comes with a Register Code.

- But we do not recommend this kind of shipping to country out of Aisa. It required a very very long delivery time to delivery parcel to America and Europe (About 2 months).

-The parcel usually very huge and heavy (10kg -100kg), so as you can imagine that if your order of 2 kg are put under an 80kg parcel, whatever how strong of the parcking, it would totally collapse.

-So, we can not guarantee and so cannot response to the surface parcel arrival condition.

03. What should I do when my parcel haven't arrive? TOP
 

If your parcel haven't arrive,

- Firstly, you must use our check order function to check the order.
- If you find it haven't arrived after the expected arrival date
- Then you can mark down the parcel number
- Go to your nearest Post Office to check.
- Tell the staff the number and ask is there a parcel from Hong Kong
- If you still cannot find the parcel, please email to us

Our experience tell us, the Late arrival due to many reasons:

-It may delay by custom inspection, then the parcel will delay 3-5 days.

-Secondly, it may due to the improper procedure of Post Office, as we send the parcel by registered mail, it need you to sign up to pick the parcel. So, as there was no one at home at delivery time, then the postman must bring the parcel back for second delivery. But, there was many case that the postman do not leave any memo to you to let you know, so the parcel left at Post Office for a long time until you send email to us.

-Due to bad weather, we experience that one parcel we sent to Ohio, and it need to reach New York first and undertake central distribution. But at New York, there was a big snow for a week time, all the transportation stopped by the bad weather. So, the customer receive the parcel three weeks after the sending date.

 
04. Why I cannot track my parcel status Online? TOP
 

According to the delivery method we provided, only Express Mail can be tracked 24 hrs online. While the Air and Surface mail cannot be checked the status online. It is similar to the situation that you send a letter in post office, you cannot track "Where is the Letter" . However, since all the parcel we sent have their own registration number. So, it can be check if it lost or late arrive after fill out the investigation form, but not real time, it need 2 weeks time to check about.

 
05. Why MCE can not response the condition of surface parcel? TOP

We can say that we don't recommend you to share your own membership with others. Of course, if you share it with your son, your father or your family members, we will not prohibit you to do that at all. But we must remind that please don't let others know your ID and password. It is because if you let your child login your account and he carelessly cancel your membership, we cannot recover your info and history at all.

Trouble Shooting
01. Missing items when the parcel arrive? TOP
 

If you find there is some missing items when the parcel arrived. Please email to me at once. We will investigate and recheck our record. And if we found there was some mistake or accident happen. We will re-send the items.

In our history, we usually re-send the items even we doubt our customer lie to us. But if we found that a dishonest customer cheat us repeatedly. Then we will consider terminate his membership.

 
02. Broken items when the parcel arrive? TOP
 

When you find some broken item(s) inside the parcel. We will ask you return the broken items or send a photo to us. Then we will re-send the item to you.

 
03. Find the items different from the Photo? TOP
 

If you find the items different from the photo in our shop. There is some possibility:

1. If you find the color of the items different from the color show on the screen, this may due to the setting or the sensibility of the Monitor, especially you find the color darker or paler than actual. In this case, we welcome you to return the item within 7 days after arrive day. But we will not refund the shipping cost.

2. If you find the color Highly different with the photo, like yellow item arrive at red. Blue item arrive at Orange. Then sure we welcome you to return the item and we will response to pay for the shipping and refund to you.

3. If you find the items with obvious different feature with the photo, like #11 racer arrive at #12 racer. Then sure we make a mistake. Then sure we welcome you to return the item and we will response to pay for the shipping and refund to you.

If your parcel haven't arrive,

Before confirm the Parcel is lost, of course, you should go through the Parcel "Late Arrival" investigate procedures. Then we will fill out the investigation form at Post Office for your parcel. Our Post Office need two weeks time to release the investigation report. Then once the parcel losting is confirmed, our post office will refund the cost of item (According your filled in value) and the shipping.

Then we will refund to you or resend the item to you. Usually in these case, we will do some make up for you.
